Ridgefield Police stopped an Old Sib Road man for improper passing on Main Street Tuesday, and realized he was driving under the influence. Police said Frederick Walker, 28, Old Sib Road, was driving past a road crew painting lines unsafely. Police said after they stopped him, Walker was found to be intoxicated. Police said he was fined $30, and given a date in Danbury Superior Court of July 10 to respond to the charges of driving under the influence and improper passing.
