Ridgefield Police received a call about an erratic driver Tuesday, and police stopped the driver reported by the caller, Robert Jacox, of Blue Ridge Road. Police said Jacox failed the field sobriety tests, and was charged with driving under the influence. Jacox was released on bond for an appearance scheduled for Danbury Superior Court on June 7.
