Ridgefield Police on routine security patrol at Sturges Park discovered four kids drinking beer. Police said after talking to the group, they discovered James Dykes, 21, Silver Brook Road, Ridgefield, had provided the beer to the minors. Dykes was charged with delivering alcohol to a minor. He was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on June 26.
