Ryan Springer of St. John's Road, Ridgefield, 22, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive in an established lane and driving a motor vehicle without insurance following a rollover car accident at about 9 p.m. Friday. Police released Springer on a $100 bond for an appearance scheduled for Danbury Superior Court on Aug. 6.
