Ridgefield Police working at Haviland Road and Ritch Drive saw a car run a stop sign and they pulled it over. The driver, Kyung Lee, 54, Tally Ho Road, Ridgefield, was driving with a suspended license. Lee was charged with failure to obey a stop sign and driving with a suspended license. He was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Oct. 25.
This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
