Ridgefield Police: Trespass, Protective Order, Risk of Injury, Assault

Ridgefield police charged a 19-year-old Ridgefield man with assault, trespass and violating a protective order after a fight on the Danbury Road Sept. 4.

Ridgefield Police were called to a 'dispute' on the Danbury Road Sept. 4, and when they arrived, they learned one of the people in the 'dispute' was violating a court-ordered protective order. Police charged Bryan Jimenez, 19, of Ridgefield, with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespass, risk of injury to a minor, interfering with a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Police held Jimenez on a $100,000 bond for arraignment Sept. 5.
