Located in the heart of downtown Ridgefield, TerraSole Ristorante serves cuisine as authentically Italian as it can get – with roots in Puglia, Italy.

A standout at this farmhouse-chic restaurant is their fresh made pastas, with shapes like tagliatelle, gnocchetti, cavatelli, and strigoloni as menu staples. Owned by husband-and-wife duo, Lana and Pietro Polini, it’s always a family affair and when Mamma Polini is in town from Puglia, Italy -where the family owns more restaurants- they throw her an apron and offer pastamaking classes in-house for eager-to-learn guests. The 3rd Annual “Mamma Mia Tasting Menu Cooking Class” will take place on Thursday, May 19 and welcomes adults and children.

TerraSole also boasts an impressive wine program with more than 200 wines by the bottle and 20 by the glass, all of which are available for purchase during the cooking class. House made seasonal ‘cello is also a staple with such flavors as, limoncello, meloncello and espresso chocolate-cello.
