Warren Frank Ziehl, 80, Passed Away

He man worked for 43 years at Schlumberger in Ridgefield.

NEWTOWN, CT — Warren Frank Ziehl, 80, died July 17, 2016 in Naples, FL with his family by his side. Born and educated in Bronx, NY, Warren moved to CT after graduation from college. He worked for 43 years at Schlumberger in Ridgefield. There he met his wife, Beverly.

After he retired, Warren and Beverly moved to Naples where he was able to enjoy life. Warren played softball year round and enjoyed league bowling. He served on the Board of Directors of his Condo and enjoyed cheering for his beloved New York sports teams.

In their spare time, Warren and Beverly enjoyed cruising and taking trips to Las Vegas with friends and family. In addition to his devoted wife of 46 years, Beverly (Urban) Ziehl, Warren leaves his children; Michael (Laurie) of North Andover, MA, Jeffrey of Naples, Jamie (Eva) of Ormond Beach, FL, Marianne (Jon) of Spring Hill, FL; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren; sister Eleanor Salch of Centereach, NY, several nieces, nephews and many friends. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by daughter, Karen (Kevin).
