A prime sirloin burger will be the top seller this weekend at Ridgefield Prime.
That's Cody Sperry's take on what most people will buy. He's behind the counter. Next to him is Owner and Founder Ed Bistany, who said on a hot weekend leading into summer, people may go for prime steaks.
"I don't buy burgers out any more. We grind it fresh a couple of times a day," Sperry said.
Ridgefield Prime is located at 113 Danbury Road, near Kohl's. In addition to dry curing its prime beef for 28 days, it takes fresh fish deliveries every day.
"I won't sell you Monday's fish on Wednesday," Bistany said.
