Bicycle, Dump Truck, Collide In Rocky Hill
A cyclist was hurt after a crash involving a dump truck in Rocky Hill Tuesday.
ROCKY HILL, CT — A dump truck collided with a cyclist Tuesday morning, leaving the person on the bicycle with serious injuries, authorities said.
The crash took place just before 9 a.m. on Dividend Road, police said.
The truck and and the cyclist were both heading south, authorities said.

Because of the crash, Dividend Road was closed between Forest Street and Rachel Drive for about two hours, according to police alerts.
The cyclist was taken to an area hospital.
