Death Of Man In Rocky Hill Parking Lot Probed: PD

The victim was discovered Monday morning, according to police.

ROCKY HILL, CT — Police are investigating the death of a man who was found unresponsive in a Rocky Hill parking lot early Monday.

Lt. Steve Morgan said police and emergency medical personnel were summoned Monday around 7 a.m. for a report of an unresponsive male.

The man was in the parking area of the Concierge Apartment Complex at 98 Cold Spring Rd., police said.

Emergency personnel conducted life saving measures, but they were unsuccessful, and the man was pronounced deceased, according to Morgan.

Local police detectives and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner arrived on scene to investigate.

Preliminary findings indicate no signs of criminal activity, according to Morgan. Police said there is no threat to the public.

Police did not release the identity or age of the victim.
