Dump Truck Crash Cleared In Rocky Hill: UPDATE

ROCKY HILL, CT — A dump truck crash on Interstate 91 seriously snarled traffic late Tuesday morning in Rocky Hill, according to the state, but it is now cleared.

The state Department of Transportation reported the accident was on I-91 northbound between exits 22 and 23.

As a result, the right lane of the highway was closed and traffic was backed up 2.7 miles, according to the DOT.

The accident was first reported at 11:29 a.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's accident report list.
