Officials announced the closures in the area of Elm Street between Cromwell Avenue and Gilbert Avenue via a <a href="https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100078392045793" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Facebook post</a> around 2:30 p.m. As of 3 p.m., the roads had been reopened. There are power outages in the area also, officials said.
