In Memoriam: Courtney Alicia Strong

Courtney Alicia Strong, 28, passed away very unexpectedly on December 12, 2015.

Born in Lynn, MA, she lived most of her life in Rocky Hill. Courtney graduated from Rocky Hill High School class of 2005.

She was predeceased by her grandfathers, Robert W. Widdison and Frank J. Strong.

Courtney is survived by her parents Gail Strong of Rocky Hill, CT and Rick and Debbie Strong of Lynn, MA. Her son Jacob LaFlamme; siblings, Amy Strong, Daniel Card, Kelly Fernandez and Ryan Corcoran. Courtney also leaves behind her grandmothers, Valerie Widdison and Barbara Strong and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Courtney was a loving mother, daughter and sister. She was an avid Red Sox fan. Courtney’s son Jacob was the light of her life.

Family and friends are invited to the the Giuliano-Sagarino Funeral Home at Brooklawn, 511 Brook St., Rocky Hill, Saturday, December 19 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with a service at 12 noon.

In lieu of flowers donations are greatly appreciated and will be put into an educational fund for Courtney’s son Jacob LaFlamme. They can be made to Bank of America for Jacob R. LaFlamme and Amy Strong.

Courtney will be missed by all and will be in our thoughts and prayers every day.
