• Water Main Break Reported In Rocky Hill: FD (patch.com) — Drivers in Rocky Hill are being asked to steer clear of Silas Deane Highway near Town Line Road after a Friday afternoon water main break led to lane and road closures. The Rocky Hill Fire Department reported the break close to the I-91 Exit 24 interchange and warned that traffic in the area is heavily impacted.

(courant.com) — Rocky Hill Public Schools is seeking sealed bids for student transportation services, with submissions due by 10 a.m. on January 9, 2026, at the Central Office on Old Main Street. Contractors can download bid documents from the district website, and the Board of Education reserves broad discretion to accept, reject, or modify the invitation in the town’s best interest.
