Road Reopens, Power Restored In Rocky Hill: UPDATE

The road was closed for several hours Tuesday morning.

ROCKY HILL, CT — A road in town was closed for a few hours Tuesday due to downed power lines, according to the Rocky Hill Police Department.

But the RHPD said that local roadway has been reopened and power restored in that area, according to an announcement after 11 a.m.

The RHPD said Brook Street between Henkel Way and Farms Village Road was off limits to traffic.

According to the initial announcement, sent out just after 9:30 a.m., power in that area was also impacted.
