Road Shut Down, 1 Injured In Rocky Hill 2-Vehicle Crash: Fire Officials
A road was shut down, a person was injured, and a car was heavily damaged in an accident in Rocky Hill.

ROCKY HILL, CT — A two-vehicle accident left one person with minor injuries and shut a road down in Rocky Hill, according to fire officials.
Firefighters responded to a two-vehicle accident at 4:34 p.m. Sunday in the area of Brook Street and Hawthorne Circle.
A car had heavy damage on its left side and the air bag had been deployed. A pickup truck was also involved in the accident.

The person in the car was evaluated by paramedics and taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The road was shut down between Westbrook and Henkel Way as the scene of the accident was cleaned up. The vehicles were towed, and the road reopened at 5:43 p.m.
