ROCKY HILL, CT - A Glastonbury resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Rocky Hill earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 20, the big winner from Glastonbury, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from the F&F Food Mart in Rocky Hill and won $30,000.
