According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning scratch-off ticket was also sold in Rocky Hill.
ROCKY HILL, CT - A Rocky Hill resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 16, Tony Martel, of Rocky Hill, purchased a 30x Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Ma Charter Food Store in Rocky Hill and won $30,000.
