Serious Crash On I-91 Cleared In Rocky Hill: UPDATE

ROCKY HILL, CT — A serious, three-vehicle accident in Rocky Hill caused problems for Interstate 91 motorists Thursday afternoon, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the accident occurred on I-91 North between exits 23 and 24, resulting in the closure of three right lanes and a heavy backup of traffic.

The crash was first reported at 2:48 p.m. and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
