ROCKY HILL, CT — A portion of Glastonbury Avenue will be closed for the next three to four hours so officials can address a broken water main, Rocky Hill police said.

As of around 11:45 a.m., the road is closed to traffic in both directions between Cedar Hollow Drive and Belden Lane.
