ROCKY HILL, CT — A tractor-trailer crash on a snowy Interstate 91 caused traffic headaches for motorists Tuesday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it was finally cleared after several hours.

The DOT reports a tractor-trailer jackknifed on I-91 South between exits 23 and 22S, resulting in the closure of the right and center lanes.
