Bulldog Found Dead In Bag Near Shelton Restaurant: Animal Control
A French bulldog was found dead in a bag left on the stairs leading up to a restaurant in Shelton, according to animal control.
SHELTON, CT — A French bulldog was found dead in a bag left on the stairs to a Shelton restaurant Tuesday morning, according to Shelton Animal Control.
In a Facebook post, animal control officials said the male intact bulldog was found "newly deceased" in a bag on the stairs leading up to a restaurant on Bridgeport Avenue.
The dog was described by animal control as "mostly white with grey on the left side of his face."

Animal control also noted the dog "was not hit by a car, and we will be doing a necropsy to find out cause of death."
