DERBY, CT — The city has released its holiday schedule for 2026, which notes which days City Hall will be closed this year.
The following holiday schedule was provided by the city of Derby:
- Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026 - New Year’s Day - Closed
- Friday, Jan. 2, 2026 - Day After New Year’s - Closed
- Monday, Jan. 19, 2026 - Martin Luther King - Closed
- Monday, Feb. 16, 2026 - Presidents Day - Closed
- Friday, April 3, 2026 - Good Friday - Closed
- Monday, May 25, 2026 - Memorial Day - Closed
- Friday, June 19, 2026 - Juneteenth - Closed
- Friday, July 3, 2026 - Independence Day - Closed
- Monday, Sept. 7, 2026 - Labor Day - Closed
- Monday, Oct. 12, 2026 - Columbus Day - Closed
- Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2026 - Veterans Day - Closed
- Thursday, Nov. 26, 2026 - Thanksgiving - Closed
