Got any cool plans for the weekend?

  1. Are we loving this spring weather or what? The National Weather Service predicts another nice day, although a bit windy: Mostly sunny, with a high near 64 degrees. Breezy, with a west wind 7 to 10 mph increasing to between 18 and 21 mph. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. Get out and enjoy the sunshine!
  2. There will be an open house at (549 Howe Ave.) from 9-11 a.m. tomorrow. Come view or try a karate class! Classes are for children (ages 3+) and adults.   3. "Creating a Healthy Life" classes will take place on Saturdays from 9 - 10 a.m. at the . This class is a holistic approach to health & nutrition. Set health related goals, discuss cravings/addictions (sugar, caffeine, bread), get motivated to exercise, create a happy/healthy life! All are welcome to attend.

Fairfield University has announced that the following local residents have been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2010 semester: James Debicella (senior), Elmira Emini (sophomore), Stephanie Ferreira (junior), and (freshman) who is also a stellar Shelton Patch freelancer! Congrats to all on your accomplishments!
