Jose Antonio Bulerin, 48, and Megan Michele Tice, 27, both of Birchbank Road, are each charged with fifth-degree larceny.
Police said they stole razors from Walmart.
Bulerin's bond was set at $2,000 and Tice's at $1,000 for appearances in Derby Superior Court.
