Antonio Robert Camacho, 21, of Francis Street, Ansonia, is charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license and use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said Camacho was involved in a one-car crash.
His bond was set at $1,000 for an appearance in Derby Superior Court.
