  2. Hooray for warmer weather! Definitely am a big fan of Spring...not too hot, and not cold. The National Weather Service gives the following report for today: Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 73. South wind between 6 and 10 mph. At night, patchy fog. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 61 degrees.
  3. The Board of Aldermen will meet in the auditorium starting at 7 p.m. for three back-to-back sessions. The first is a public hearing on the 2011-2012 fiscal year budget. The second is a public hearing on ordinances, and the last is a budget workshop in conjunction with the Board of Apportionment & Taxation.   4. "" is a series of free seminars presented by award-winning author Bob Smith who will explore, line-by-line, the works of Shakespeare - from its history to characters and relationships. Also, each seminar session will include visual art throughout the reading of the play. Tonight's particular seminar, starting at 7 p.m. at 3 Corporate Drive, will feature the play "Richard III." Seating is limited and is available on a 'first-come' basis. Each participant receives a free copy of the play to follow during each session.
