Police to Hold Press Conference on Simsbury Homicide Investigation
Melissa Millan was jogging in November when she was killed.

On Thursday morning, Simsbury Police Chief Peter N. Ingvertsen will hold a press conference to provide a general update to the Melissa Millan homicide investigation.
On Nov. 20, 2014, received a report that a woman was found on the roadway of Iron Horse Boulevard.

The woman, later identified as Millan, 54, was then taken to St. Francis Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Her death has been ruled a homicide.

Simsbury police have said that detectives work the case everyday and that the FBI is helping with the case.
Millan worked at MassMutual insurance company since 2001, and most recently had headed a division for work site insurance. She held the position of Senior Vice President for Mass Mutual.
