April 2

Mercia Severina Dias, 53, of Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:04 p.m. She was to appear in court April 3.

April 3

Jamar Kentrell Sims, 21, of Mix Avenue, Hamden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court April 3.

William Higgins, 25, of North Street, Milford, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief; third-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court April 3.

Sarah Ruth Williams, 41, of Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, was charged with violation of probation at 5:24 p.m. She will appear in court April 24.

April 8

Sara McCabe, 40, of Fernwood Drive, Simsbury, was charged with violation of a protective order at 4:16 p.m. She was to appear in court on April 9.
