Robert Ethan Garabedian, 49, of Dennison Ridge, Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court April 10.
April 16

Robert S. Almodovar, 33, of 20th Avenue, St. Petersburg, Fla., was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 9:11 a.m. He was to appear in court April 17.
April 17
Nicholas Edwin Anderson, 27, of no certain address, Simsbury, was charged with two counts of second-degree breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4 p.m. He was to appear in court April 21.
