July 21

Nathaniel Rodger Rutland, 19, of Bushy Hill Road, Simsbury, was charged with third-degree larceny at 4:44 p.m. He was to appear in court July 22.

Gabriel Bradford Delulis, 21, of Wildwood Road, West Simsbury, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, failure to display plates/inserts, operating a motorcycle without endorsement, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and unsafe passing (left side) at 2:25 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 6.

July 23

Robert Yurko, 66, of West Street, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and risk of injury to a child at 9:19 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.

Nicholas Edwin Anderson, 28, of no certain address, Simsbury, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and use of drug paraphernalia at 5:16 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 7.

July 28

Kyle Cormier, 32, of Greenfield Drive, South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:32 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 14.

July 30

Stacy B. Maturo, 51, of Castlewood Road, Simsbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12:42 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 14.

Aug. 1

Zachary Burke Lagana, 25, of Main Street, Tariffville (Simsbury), was charged with second-degree breach of peace and illegal use of a facsimile firearm at 10:44 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 14.

Aug. 3

Peter William Bentley, 57, of no certain address, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1:16 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 13.

Aug. 6

Mark J. Lavoie, 67, of Millers Way, Simsbury, was charged with solicitation of a sex act at 9:47 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 21.

Aug. 8

Valeria Morales-Chacon, 19, of Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct at 2:45 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 8.

Aug. 9

Glen Alan Meredith, 61, of Phelps Lane, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and speeding at 1:30 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 20.
