May 14

Deaundre Rashaun Williams, 23, of Graham Road, East Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct at 2:51 p.m. He was to appear in court May 15.

Nathaniel Rodger Rutland, 19, of Bushy Hill Road, Simsbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, illegal taking of a payment card, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 12:16 a.m. He will appear in court June 5.
