Oct. 3

Nathaniel Roger Williams Rutland, 19, of Bushy Hill Road, Simsbury, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and disorderly conduct at 12:55 p.m. and 10:29 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 6.

Oct. 4

Amy Louise Allen, 44, of Tammarack Lane, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear in court at 11:44 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 20.

Nicholas Michael Bouchard, of Notch Road, West Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:15 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 21.

Oct. 10

Richard Azim, 38, of Avonwood Road, Avon, was charged with violation of a protective order and interfering with an emergency call at 9:46 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 6.

Oct. 14

Amy Louise Allen, 44, of Tammarack Lane, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree violation of a condition of release at 4:04 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 20.
