Simsbury Athletes Celebrate 'Next Level Signing Ceremony'

SIMSBURY, CT — Last week, Simsbury High School seniors who will play collegiate sports signed commitment letters during the school's "Next Level Signing Ceremony."

At the ceremony, SHS's Director of Athletics and Student Activities Jeff Pinney gave each student-athlete a letter of commitment that he will forward to coaches at the students' colleges and universities.

The letters are based on the values SHS hopes to instill in its students, and on Friday, April 29, the athletes signed them at the ceremony while their families looked on.

The students "are committing to compete at the next level in the sports that they love," Pinney said. "The coaches and I couldn't be more proud of this group."

The student-athletes who participated in the ceremony are:
