Former Health Director Sues District, 5 Towns: Report
A former Pomperaug District Department health director has filed a lawsuit after he was terminated last summer.
SOUTHBURY, CT — Former Pomperaug District Department of Health Director Neal A. Lustig has filed a lawsuit against the district and its five area towns after he was terminated last summer, according to The Waterbury Republican-American. The suit names the towns of Oxford, Southbury, Woodbury, New Milford, and Washington.
Lustig was accused of "harassment” and “unprofessional” behavior on the job. The suit claims those allegations are false.
