New Southbury Restaurant Prepares To Open

SOUTHBURY, CT — A new restaurant is coming to Southbury's Heritage Village complex, the town's Economic Development Commission announced.

Hudson's Cafe & Bistro, at 466 Heritage Road, is in the midst of hiring, and is set to open in the near future.

Patch reached out to the eatery for information, and when it will open, but we did not immediately receive a reply.

The restaurant will serve "fresh bread, freshly ground coffee, cappuccino lattes, and pastries," according to the commission, and it will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the week.
