New Southbury Sushi Restaurant Offers Holiday Promotion

SOUTHBURY, CT — One of Southbury's newest restaurants offers multiple ways to eat both heavy and healthy this holiday season.

Minami Sushi Southbury, located at 519 Heritage Road in the heart of Heritage Village, features both ala carte and all-you-can-eat options. In a special end of year promotion, the eatery is offering free $10 gift cards with the purchase of a $50 card, and a complementary $25 gift card when you buy a $100 card.

The restaurant had its "soft" opening on May 9, according to its Facebook page, and was just recently feted with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Southbury Economic Development Commission.
