What does the nominee do for work?:
Clinical Pharmacist at Yale New Haven Hospital

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Not only does she face the frontline of the COVID-19 battle at work, but she comes home after working the strenuous night shift each day and supports my family and others in our town. My mom, even on her most sleep deprived day, goes out of her way to buy groceries for four families, including ours, in town. She also buys and porch-delivers flowers to dozens of families from our wonderful church.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
No matter what she is faced with, my mom will do anything she needs to do to support our community. The Town of Southbury and my family are so lucky to have her.
