Southbury Home Broken Into, Dirt Bike Stolen: Police

Police are investigating after a report that a home was broken into while the residents were home and a dirt bike was taken.

SOUTHBURY, CT — A Southbury home was broken into while the residents were home and a dirt bike was stolen over the weekend, according to police.

A Purchase Brook Road resident reported to police that their home was broken into during the overnight hours of Saturday into Sunday while they were home.

The homeowner said the burglar entered through a basement door and took a Honda CRF250R dirt bike.
