“The farm is Bradley Mountain Farm out of Southington and they do amazing programs with goats, like goat walks, goat soaps and goat painting,” said Imagine Nation Community Program Director Jennifer Johnston. “We’ve had them at Imagine Nation for quite a few years now doing programs with us. They are awesome.”

Two goats will be coming to the early learning museum and children will have the opportunity to meet them, play, comb, feed and dress them in their pajamas as well as read them a bedtime story.

A variety of books and clothes will be available for children to choose from. Hot cocoa and popcorn will also be available to participants.

“We’re going to hold it in our new nature studio,” Johnston said. “We’ll have a good space for them so they can spread out and have fun with the goats.”

Children will be taught how to handle, care and offer food to the animals.

Those interested in registering for the program should visit the Imagine Nation website or call Johnston at 860-314-1400, ext. 102
