A Hip-Hopping Workout with Flo Rida in Southington
The hip hop star came to a Southington gym for a workout on Tuesday.
SOUTHINGTON, CT - Hip Hop star Flo Rida was in the house Tuesday and more than three dozen adoring fans were able to sweat it out with a star-studded workout at A|M Fitness.
The gym — located in the Milldale neighborhood of Southington — was the backdrop for the half-hour workout that was open to fans who won a promotional contest by radio station WKSS (Kiss 95.7), according to MyRecordJournal.com.
The radio station was promoting a new fitness video released by the singer whose hits include My House, Right Round and Low.

Some of the gym staff also participated in the workout that included running, crunches and the requisite push-ups.
