In Memoriam: Betty M. 'Betty Boop' Mosher
The Southington resident passed away Dec. 18 at the age of 85.

Betty M. “Betty Boop” (Duhaime) Mosher, 85, of Southington, former Bristol and Waterbury resident, widow of Earl S. Mosher, died Friday, December 18, 2015 at Hartford Hospital.
Betty was born in Bristol on July 11, 1930 and was a daughter of the late Henry E. and Etiennette (Daveluy) Duhaime.

She resided in Bristol before moving to Waterbury for 17 years and then to Southington for the past 14 years. Betty loved life and being with family and friends.
Betty is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Earl III and Zara Mosher of Terryville; a daughter and son-in-law, Kathy M. and Daniel Tegolini of East Hampton; a brother Eugene J. and his wife Janet DuHaime of Bristol; a sister, Elizabeth Kunkler of Bristol; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Betty was predeceased by two brothers, Raoul DuHaime and Albert Duhaime and two sisters, Theresa Clayton and Jeannette Muszynski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, 11 A.M. at St. Joseph Church, Bristol. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery Bristol. Relatives and friends may call at the Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol on Tuesday from 9 to 10:30 A.M.
