Sara M. Granier (Kearney), 77, of Southington, passed away on Dec. 5, 2015, in the hospital, with family at her side.
Sara was born in New Brunswick, NJ and raised her family in New Jersey and then in upstate New York.

She has resided in Connecticut for the last 15 years. Sara was a communicant of The Church of Saint Dominic in Southington. She entered the Catholic Church later in life through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, which made her very happy.
She is survived by three children and six grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held in her honor at St. Dominic Church, 1050 Flanders Rd. on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in her honor to a charity of one’s choice.
