Fernando Hernandez, 43, of Plainville was charged with two counts of operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was arrested at 11:15 a.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on May 13.
Mekhi Johnson, 20, of Bristol was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to insure a private motor vehicle. He was arrested at 11:17 a.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on May 19.

Saturday, April 30
Michael Letizio, 24, of Meriden was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. He was arrested at 6:30 p.m. and has a court date scheduled for May 13.
Tuesday, May 3
Elijah Guadalupe, 23, of Southington was charged with three counts of violating a protective order. He was arrested at 12:44 a.m. and was scheduled to appear in court on May 3.
Wednesday, May 4
Tomor Likollari, 63, of Waterbury was charged with two counts of second-degree breach of peace, two counts of violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, and stalking 1st- violation of a court order. He was arrested at 9:32 a.m. and was scheduled to appear in court on May 5.
Thursday, May 5
Donna Patenaude, 60, of Southington was charged with disorderly conduct. She was arrested at 9:20 p.m. and was scheduled to appear in court on May 6.
Larry Patenaude, 65, of Southington was charged with disorderly conduct. He was arrested at 9:20 p.m. was scheduled to appear in court on May 6.
