SOUTHINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Aug. 26 - Sept. 1, 2025, as provided by the Southington Police Department.

Joseph Charles Marek, 18, of Florence Avenue, Milford, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, failure to drive in the proper lane, illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a crowded front seat, risk of injury to a child, first-degree criminal trespassing, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 10:47 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 27.

Brendan P. Maloney, 38, of Shagbark Lane, Milford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 10:40 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 26.

Damion Orlando Coleman, 21, of Turkey Hill Road, Haddam, was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing at 10:31 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 9.

Michael J. Bohan, 70, of Greystone Drive, Southington, was charged with violation of the town blight ordinance at 11:32 a.m. He will appear in court on Sept. 11.

Aug. 27

Jeremy Armando Garcia Rodriguez, 20, of Pentlow Avenue, New Britain, was charged with failure to display plates/inserts, violation of readable plates requirements, violation of tinted auto glass requirements, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:30 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 10.

George Alex Dreiling, 57, of Bronson Road, Avon, was charged with risk of injury to a child and first-degree possession of child pornography at 10:05 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 28.

Aug. 29

Jontae Dempsey, 24, of Brookview Lane, Middletown, was charged with improper use of marker/registration plates, failure to display plates/inserts, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 5:45 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 10.

Aug. 30

Ray Jonathan Ortiz, 24, of Slater Road, New Britain, was charged with reckless driving, failure to drive in the proper lane, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 2:44 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 12.

Zachary Isaiah Brilla, 19, of East Street, Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, passing in a no-passing zone, operation of a motorcycle without endorsement, failure to have headlamps, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 2:32 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 12.

Aug. 31

Jean Carlos Rivera, 37, of East Street, Plainville, was charged with violation of a protective order at 1 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 2.

Sept. 1

Frank F. Fuller, 61, of Fanning Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 8:30 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 15.

Taejana Maria Colon, 26, of State Street, North Haven, was charged with first-degree larceny at 7:20 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 15.
