July 15

Brian D. Lombardo, 54, of Walnut Street, Southington, was charged with possession of a vicious/barking dog at 2:06 p.m. He was to appear in court July 25.

Rashaun Ahmed Jeffers, 32, of Tiffany Lane, Bloomfield, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery at 1 p.m. He will appear in court July 29.

July 16

Santino Francis Pompei, 28, of Lovers Lane, Bristol, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, two counts of second-degree breach of peace, criminal violation of a restraining order, third-degree criminal mischief, and two counts of threatening at 10:29 p.m. He was to appear in court July 17.

July 17

Christopher Michael Naples, 43, of Shrub Road, Bristol, was charged with criminal possession of firearms/weapons at 5:07 p.m. He will appear in court July 31.

Christopher Early, 32, of Wakelee Road, Waterbury, was charged with illegal sexual contact of a victim under the age of 16 and fourth-degree sexual assault at 10:19 a.m. He was to appear in court July 17.

Willie Barnes, 41, of Lenox Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:27 a.m. He was to appear in court July 17.

July 18

Kevin Flynn, 51, of Harrison Drive, Wolcott, was charged with failure to comply with fingerprinting requirements and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 3:30 p.m. He was to appear in court July 21.

John P. Carloto, 60, of Little River Drive, Naugatuck, was charged with second-degree larceny at 4:14 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 1.

July 19

Garvin Martin Griffith, 36, of Round Hill Road, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court July 21.

Katie Gibson, 18, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, and violation of conditions of release at 12:09 p.m. She was to appear in court July 21.

Jessica M. Cyr, 40, of Litchfield Lane, Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 1 p.m. She will appear in court July 31.
