Om Parkash, 47, of 124th Street, South Ozone Park, N.Y., was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, reckless driving, evading responsibility for injury/property damage, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 4:17 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 5.
O'Neil Nadeau, 54, of Lazy Lane, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and drinking while driving at 7:42 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 5.

July 23
Bryan Serrano Quinones, 27, of Bonner Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts of third-degree larceny at 5:35 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 1.
Raudy Rodriguez Ferreira, 24, of Yarmouth Place, Boston, Mass., was charged with third-degree identity theft at 2:30 p.m. He will appear in court on Aug. 7.
Angjelo Gocllari, 26, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 11 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 6.
Muhammad Abbas, 36, of Green Valley Drive, Oakdale (Montville), was charged with third-degree larceny, issuing a bad check between $1,000-$2,000, and issuing a bad check between $500-$1,000 at 1:45 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 7.
July 24
Sabine Schenk, 57, of Jude Lane, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 11:08 p.m. She was to appear in court July 25.
Michelle Annette Keith, 54, of Corbin Avenue, New Britain, was charged with tethering a dog to an object/immobile device with no water at 2:24 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 1.
July 25
Michael Daevon Zeigler, 35, of Milldale Avenue, Southington, was charged with cruelty to animals at 6:25 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 1.
David Ortiz, 29, of Maple Street, New Britain, was charged with three counts of sale of a narcotic substance, conspiracy to commit sale of a narcotic substance, and three counts of possession of a controlled substance at 9:40 a.m. He was to appear in court on July 25.
July 26
Veronica Nieves-Sonner, 55, of Worthington Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny at 2:30 p.m. She was to appear in court July 28.
Sofia E. Mercado Mercado, 48, of East Liberty Street, Waterbury, was charged with improper use of marker/registration plate, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 12:36 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 8.
Dillon James Jones, 31, of Oak Street, Meriden, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:45 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 8.
July 27
Kayla Mary Wright, 36, of Mount Vernon Road, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct, and two counts of third-degree assault at 3:55 p.m. She was to appear in court July 28.
July 28
Thiago Zanette, 40, of Bellevue Avenue, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 11.
Cameron Hazen Lovelace, 44, of Dorio Drive, Southington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 1:30 p.m. He was to appear in court July 29.
