Robert Szczepanski, 49, of Hanson Place, Plainville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 7:23 a.m. He was to appear in court July 9.
Jennifer L. Capo, 45, of Hazel Drive, Cheshire, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, assault of a public safety officer, and threatening at 9 a.m. She was to appear in court July 9.

July 9
Lisa Larosa, 60, of Woodruff Street, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 3:52 p.m. She was to appear in court July 10.
Liam Joseph Finkle, 23, of Coventry Circle, North Haven, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 9:39 p.m. He will appear in court July 23.
July 10
Harley David Woodbury, 30, of Lakeview Road, Terryville, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and threatening at 2:30 a.m. He was to appear in court July 10.
Jevon Omii Wigg, 29, of Iranistan Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery at 11:15 p.m. He will appear in court July 24.
Devin Terry, 30, of Main Street, Cromwell, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:26 a.m. He was to appear in court July 10.
Danielle Anamarie Phelps, 37, of Kimberly Way, Marlborough, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:30 p.m. She was to appear in court July 11.
Russell Page, 44, of Maple Drive, Colchester, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, larceny of a motor vehicle, and first-degree larceny at 2:30 p.m. He was to appear in court July 11.
Luis M. Ortiz-Correa, 37, of East Garden Circle, Waterbury, was charged with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny at 10:37 a.m. She was to appear in court July 10.
Zackary Erik Albrycht, 20, of Stonegate Road, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 2:27 a.m. He was to appear in court July 10.
July 11
Crystal Lee Ochoa, 36, of Ridge Road, Naugutuck, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace at 10:25 p.m. She will appear in court July 25.
Kyle W. McCarthy, 31, of Houlton Road, Baileyville, Maine, was charged with failure to renew registration, falsifying marker/license plates, violation of readable/lost plates requirements, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, passing in a no passing zone, failure to obey traffic control signals, operating while causing unnecessary noise, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:15 p.m. He will appear in court July 25.
Tanejah Madison, 22, of Bethel Street, Bristol, was charged with leaving a child under 12 unsupervised in a public place at 1:55 p.m. She will appear in court July 21.
July 12
Jeffrey Norman Roy, 80, of Ference Road, Ashford, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, and violation of a protective order at 11:30 p.m. He was to appear in court July 11 and July 14.
Kelvyn Domingo Colon, 28, of County Street, New Bedford, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 4:10 p.m. He will appear in court July 24.
July 13
Omy Wayne Rodriguez, 37, of Dunne Avenue, Collinsville (Canton), was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, second-degree breach of peace, and threatening at 2:33 p.m. He will appear in court July 25.
July 14
Johnathan Matthew Guillermo, 28, of Central Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with improper use of marker/registration plates, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault at 6:35 p.m. He was to appear in court July 15.
