June 10

Matthew Lagasse, 55, of Flanders Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 8:25 p.m. He will appear in court June 30.

Frank F. Fuller, 61, of Fanning Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:45 a.m. He will appear in court June 24.

June 12

Stephen Buckler, 43, of Benham Street, Bristol, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, evading responsibility for injury/property damage, failure to drive in the proper lane, risk of injury to a child, and first-degree reckless endangerment at 8:31 p.m. He was to appear in court June 13.

Joseph Michael Bright, 34, of Middletown Road, Berlin, was charged with failure to display plates/inserts, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, intefering with an officer/resisting arrest, and first-degree reckless endangerment at 4 p.m. He was to appear in court June 20.

June 13

Pauline M. Oliver, 35, of Whalley Avenue, New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 12:35 p.m. She will appear in court June 27.

Jeremy Kisluk, 40, of Minthal Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 5:15 p.m. He will appear in court June 27.

June 14

Vincenzo Fiorello, 26, of Castleman Drive, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 7:08 a.m. He will appear in court June 27.

June 15

Anthony Spencer, 40, of South Center Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to display lights, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 2:15 a.m. He will appear in court June 26.

John H. Dechesser, 41, of Bonnie Drive, Farmington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 4:37 p.m. He will appear in court June 27.
